From beginning to end, they were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car for my needs. The salesman was funny, kind, patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all my questions with kindness and without any pressure. My wife and I recently experienced our Sante Fe stopped running with engine failure. I visited our Dundalk Hyundai Dealer. A Service Advisor, Manny Gomez, promptly helped me. I told him what had occurred. Manny immediately researched our vehicle, connected me to the warranty office, assisted with towing our car to to Hyundai. He set up servicing for our car, set up a Hyundai loaner vehicle and additionally had me meet the service technician that was to repair our vehicle once arrived. During all days in service he kept in contact by phone, email and also video of all repairs. All repairs were completed within a few days and all paper work was promptly ready when I arrived for pick up. Manny and the technician additionally had my car brought out front for me , like valet, they both then SHOWED and EXPLAINED to me all of engine repairs were fully and completely replaced. I can only say thank you. I was very informed throughout and could not ask for a more caring and professional staff at Dundalk Hyundai

Tey was fantastic to deal with!! From knowledgeably explaining details about their available cars and the EV tax credit on the phone, to having the car moved (!!much appreciated !!) to his location for a next morning appointment and test drive, through finalizing all the paperwork. Tey and his team smoothly handled all the details so I had title and was able to drive an excellent value car away in 4 hours! EAG easily met the deadline for the expiring EV tax credit. And they competently handled all the title, plates, and tax paperwork flawlessly. Then Tey generously deleted all the old car programing and set up new profiles for me and my wife. This is after my frustrations dealing with a national car rental firm (H) for a week and a half. They had my $$ wire transfer but due to their disorganization and incompetence they couldn’t find it, didn’t communicate, and sold the car I had already paid for! The difference in professionalism, courtesy, and true customer service between Tey and the EAG team and H rental was like day and night. No wonder the EAG halls are full of “top dealer” and “best place to work” certificates. I highly recommend Tey, Mike, and EAG team if you are looking for a high quality car. Thank you all very much. Your courtesy and expertise are much appreciated.
