Good experience at the start. Kind of cooled off once it was time to pick up vehicle. Looked online for Nissian Kicks Play to replace my wife's 2006 Nissian Altima. The vehicle was ready and they met us at the door. The salesman Shawn was good and knowledgeable. We discuss our payment option and we informed him it would be by check and the finance person Ms. Pacheco assisted us with the paperwork and everything. However we had to return a couple of days later and the energy was not the same. I let the dealership know we were coming to finalize the deal and now I am told we have to log into our account to show we have the funds for the check. Now we have made large purchases before with checks and technology has come along way. The request made us feel a little uneasy and if we were informed before we would have just got a certified check. Sent a follow up email regarding a written policy related to personal checks and still not provided one so it maybe a descritionary policy. Other then that sour taste related to the financing it was a good experience because we got the car my wife wanted at a price we both wanted. I think they need to be more upfront about policies even when they don't exist.

Easiest car buying experience in my 15+ years of driving. Polite, professional and no nonsense. I told them my out the door price and no less than ten minutes later I heard the number I wanted to hear. I didn’t think that was possible in this day and age. I spoke to 11 Hyundai dealerships between PA MD and VA. I would be amazed if they couldn’t get you the best offer. I know they would try and if they couldn’t they would be honest and tell you that. 100% recommend them. See Sam Gibson, he made the deal he was awesome.
